New Ways of Working
|
Overview
New Ways of Working takes a holistic approach to the multifarious aspects of work in and around an organisation. Recognising that success stems from a combination of factors – the right people, organisation, infrastructure and strategy – the report re-evaluates the traditional approaches to working practice.
Crucially, the Report looks at ways of changing the way we work for the better, rather than simply focussing on cost-driven change.
New Ways of Working:
• Brings together a holistic view of work
• Demonstrates the significance of the holistic view
• Shows how each factor influences every other
• Summarises the potential benefits
• Looks at how organisations might realise the potential benefits
• Explores the risks
• Provides practical advice on implementation
