Order online

You can order any of the titles shown on this site directly from Thorogood. Order processing and distribution of physical books will be carried out by Marston Book Services. (Download purchases can be accessed immediately after purchase.)

Just click ‘Buy now’ on the pages for the books you wish to purchase and then click ‘Basket’ at the top of the page to review the contents of your shopping basket, where you can remove items or change quantities. Once you are happy with the contents of your basket, continue on to the checkout page where to log in (or register a new account) and from there you can:

  • Proceed to our secure server to pay online by credit card
  • Choose to receive a proforma invoice
  • Print the form and send it to us by fax or post, enclosing a cheque (or credit card details if you would prefer not to pay online).

Delivery

Although most titles are in stock and can be despatched within a few days, occasionally we have to wait for reprints so please allow 28 days for delivery. Delivery charges are as follows:

These discounts are calculated automatically when you add books to your shopping basket. Please use our contact form if you want to order more than 100 copies of any book.

Returns

Under the UK’s Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to return any items within 7 days of delivery. Please return the item(s) to Marston Book Services at the address above, with a covering note quoting our invoice number and stating “Contract Cancellation” as the reason for return. Please note that unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty, you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us and any postage and packing charges; for your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. Upon receiving the items in the condition they were sold we will issue a refund for the relevant portion of the invoice – please note that we cannot refund postage and packing charges. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
