The author

Susan Croft is an international public speaker and corporate trainer. She is founder and partner of ASC Training & Consulting where she is responsible for communications and sales training, as well as public relations consulting for a number of international organisations. Previously she was a senior consultant with the international PR firm, Hill & Knowlton, where she worked for 14 years.
