The author

Michael Williams is an international management consultant with associate companies in Geneva and Copenhagen. He teaches at leading European Business Schools. He draws on over 20 years’ managerial experience in the printing, iron and steel engineering and automotive industries. He is author of several books on organisational behaviour, leadership and management, and is a member of the British Psychological Society and the Institute of Directors. He served full-time and as a reservist with the Royal Navy (Intelligence) and the Royal Marines (Commando and Special Boat Service).
