Roger Mason
Roger Mason is a Chartered Certified Accountant and a Chartered Secretary and his early career included a spell with Ford Motor Company. He went on to be Finance Director of a film and television company and then Finance Director and Company Secretary of a leading greetings cards company.
He writes and presents seminars on company law and related matters and also on financial topics. Most of his seventeen published books are on the subjects that he covers in his seminars but one or two are of more general interest.
