Mike Williams

Michael Williams has worked as an international management consultant with many blue-chip companies in the US, Canada and throughout Europe. He has taught at leading Business Schools, including IMD, ESMT, Berlin and Bled School of Management, Slovenia.
He holds an M.Sc Degree in Social Sciences, from Aston University and is formerly a member of the British Psychological Society. He is the author of 12 books and many articles on leadership and management. He has also had three novels published by Thorogood on covert Naval Special Forces operating out of the Isles of Scilly, during World War 2.
He spent many years in business, rising from shop-floor trainee to main board director of a medium-sized manufacturing company.
Together with Professors John Adair and Adrian Furnham, he has been a member of the Advisory Council of the Leadership Trust, since 2004.
He served 8 years full time and as a reservist, first as a Russian linguist in Naval Intelligence and then with the Royal Marines, as a frogman-canoeist and Commando rifle troop officer.
