Kevin Uphill works with business organisations and their senior teams to create and energise strategy and performance. He has consulted and coached in all sectors since 1998. He combines this, a successful business man in his own right, having built up and sold several businesses (and failed at one!) with his experience as proprietor and MD at Avondale.
As a coach his key focus is to facilitate change and shifts in strategy, for growth profit and shareholder value bringing confidence, clarity and energy to leadership.
