Caroline Black
Caroline Black is a highly experienced professional specialising in communication, management and interpersonal skills for the public, private and not for profits sectors. She has extensive management experience and has a wide knowledge of marketing disciplines (Public Relations, Advertising, Direct Marketing, Sales Promotion); corporate, consumer, business-to-business, internal communications, issues/crisis management). She is a facilitator (large and small groups), conference chair, public speaker, and has presented the Voluntary Matters series for the Community Channel. She is a published author – The PR Practitioner’s Desk Top Guide (Thorogood second edition 2009).
Working as an independent coach and learning consultant, Caroline is one of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations approved trainers and her clients include The Foreign and Commonwealth Office, Cancer Research UK and The Institute of Direct Marketing.
She is also a media commentator on issues and crisis management. Caroline is a Myers Briggs Type Indicator Qualified Assessor and NLP Master Practitioner. Caroline is also a Humanist officiant, trainer and media spokesperson for the British Humanist Association.
